OUR TEAM

I started dancing here at the age of 3, where I completed all my dance exams and took part in professional pantomimes. After completing dance college and performance opportunities, I returned to the school as a teaching assistant. I quickly found that my passion lies within teaching the next generation, so completed my teaching qualifications with the ISTD & RAD. Having taught at the school for 15 years, I’m thrilled to be taking over the principal reigns, ready to continue offering exceptional dance education and nurturing our students’ passion and talents.

PRINCIPAL

Emma graduated from The Creative Academy in 2021 with a BA Hons degree in Dance. She gained her professional experience while training and has performed throughout London (including the Royal Albert Hall) where she has worked with many prestigious choreographers. Emma has been involved with the school since the age of 3 & is thrilled to now be teaching where her love for dance first started!

Caitie began dancing at her local dance school from a young age, where she was taught by Laura, completing examinations in tap, ballet and modern. She then went on to graduate from the University of Chichester with a BA Hons in Dance Education and Teaching, where she studied contemporary and ballet and also qualified as a teacher for Rambert Grades. Caitie is enthusiastic about inspiring the younger generation, working as a primary school teacher alongside teaching dance

Megan started dancing from a young age and has always had a strong passion for performing.

She has trained professionally for the last 6 years and has recently graduated from DanceBox Studios and Theatreworks with a First Class Honours degree in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre. During her training, Megan trained in a wide range of disciplines including Ballet, Jazz, Commercial, Latin, Tap and Lyrical as well as singing and acting.

Throughout her training, Megan achieved her RAD Intermediate Ballet and ISTD Intermediate Modern examinations. She has performed at MOVE IT and appeared in multiple pantomimes, and continues to perform regularly at various corporate events and venues – gaining valuable stage experience and developing her versatility as a performer.
